用途
本设备适用于中药、植物、动物、食品、化工等行业的渗漉操作，除乳香、松香，芦荟等非组织药材因遇溶剂软化成团，会堵塞孔隙使溶剂无法均匀地通过药材而不宜用渗漉外，其他药材都可用此法浸取。
工作原理
渗漉法是往药材粗粉中不断頃加浸取溶剂使其渗过药粉，从下端出口流出浸取液的一种浸取方法。渗漉时，溶剂渗入药材的细胞中容解大量的可溶性物质之后，浓度增加，密度增大而向下移动，上层的浸取溶剂或稀浸液置换位置，形成良好的浓度差，使扩散姣好地自然进行，故侵润效果优于侵渍法，提取也较安全。
Usage
The equipment is applicable for the filtration operation for such industries as traditional Chinese medicine , food and chemical industry etc .
Working principle
The filtration method is to add continuously leaching solvent into the rough powder of medicine material to make it filtrate the medicine powder , and then the leaching liquid wil flow from the botom outlet , during the filtration , the solvent wil filter into the cel of medicine material to dissolve large amount of soluble matter . The concentrat - ion increases , and it wil move downward after the density increases . The leaching solvent at the upper layer or the thin leaching liquid wil exchange the position and produce good concentration difference to make the scattering be carried out smoothly . Thus , the leaching effect is beter
than the dipping method , and the extraction wil be comparatively complete .
